Refund Policy

At Wayfx, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • Order was not delivered.

  • Payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed.

  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order.

  • Wrong item was delivered.

  • Order was cancelled by the merchant, driver, or Wayfx.

  • Service could not be completed due to technical or operational issues.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided if:

  • The order was successfully delivered as requested.

  • Incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer.

  • The customer was unavailable to receive the order.

  • The cancellation occurred after the order had been prepared, dispatched, or picked up.

  • Delays occurred due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

  • Cash payments, where applicable, may be refunded through alternative methods determined by Wayfx.

Cancellation Charges

Wayfx may apply cancellation charges if an order or booking is cancelled after a merchant has accepted the order or a driver has been assigned.
